Product Review: Exuviance Triple Microdermabrasion

I've been into microdermabrasion as a way to keep my face looking bright and fresh. Microdermabrasion uses tiny exfoliating crystals to gently remove the outer layer of skin, leaving it looking softer and brighter. A professional treatment from a Dermatologist or Licensed Esthetician usually involves a hand held sanding tool, but there are many over the counter face polishes available. Most recently I tried the Exuviance® Triple Microdermabrasion Face Polish. I tested a small area on my hand first so I could feel the strength. The last thing I want to do is scrub my face and have it be a red, irritated mess! This polish has a great fruity smell and the professional grade crystals were non-irritating. 10% Glycolic acid and papaya enzyme help dissolve impurities and loosen dead skin cells. From washing my hands throughout the day at work, they have a tendency to age faster than the rest of me. This exfoliator worked so well after one use, I couldn't wait to try it on my face!

To use it-you apply a thin layer to a clean, wet face and lightly massage in a circular motion for about 30 seconds. There is no need to scrub. You can leave on up to 2 minutes depending on how sensitive your skin is. Wash off with warm water and see the glow! It's recommended to use 1-2 times a week. This bottle will literally last a lifetime so it's a great purchase for the price.

Being the green beauty lover that I am, I was really happy to see that this product does NOT contain plastic polyethylene beads. Plastic beads get into our water systems and marine life is severely threatened by these small pieces of plastic.  the creatures that make up the base of the marine food chain, such as krill, are prematurely dying by choking on the beads therefore disrupting the food chain.

I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking to get smooth, fresh looking skin!
