Gold Glitter Gift Guide

I love that the holidays are an excuse to sport some serious sparkle. And sparkle I will with all of these fun glittery choices. I'm usually a fan of skirts from Banana Republic and they did not disappoint this year with this glitzy gold pleated mini.

How fun is this J.Crew "girls" sparkle tote? Sure it may be in the kids section but that hasn't stopped me before. Get out your tape measure: the dimensions are 8"Hx14"W with a handle drop of 3 3/4".

Last year I went on a hunt for gold glitter heels to wear on New Years Eve. They were sold out almost everywhere so to get in on the trend I would suggest investing in them pronto.

Kate Spade does it again (and again) with the gold sparkle studs and iphone case. The iphone case is another kids find at Gap for the Kate SpadexGap collaboration but I'm pretty positive they don't make kid sized iphones-so go for it. Who cares if the 13 year old teen has the same one?

So I've tried gold glitter on my eyes once before. Let's just say it didn't work out so well. I was wiping glitter off my face for a week afterwards, HOWEVER, if you have a steady hand and a cosmetology degree-I say to do it. I love the dramatic feel of it.

Watches are a fun gift to give and recieve during the holidays. I love the KS glitter band for when you feel saucy or the simple beige leather for conservative work days.

And of course when there is a color you are obsessed with, there is always a matching nail polish. Try RGB's gilt-it's a 5 free polish so it doesn't contain some of the most harmful chemicals other polishes do.
